Who We Are Looking For
- Providing exceptional customer support and hosting client meetings.
- Building positive relationships with clients through effective communication.
- Working independently and taking the initiative to resolve issues.
- Testing and showing demos of products and features to clients.
- Coordinating all stages of web development projects.
Extra awesome
- Previous experience in software (SaaS) companies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Adept at gathering and translating customer feedback into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with membership websites or association management is a plus.
What you’ll do
- Host meetings with clients, in which you’ll be showing demos with completed features, reviewing items in progress, collecting requirements, and brainstorming for possible solutions to each specific case.
- Create SRS – Software Requirements Specification – of upcoming features.
- Test completed features and provide feedback on the feature and user experience.
- Review design mock-ups and coordinate production deployment.
- Discuss technical strategies with developers.
- Present webinars to show our product demos.
What you’ll need
- Previous involvement in coordinating web development projects from start to finish.
- Previous working experience with CRMs like Hubspot and CiviCRM.
- Proficiency in conducting client meetings via Zoom, including presentations and webinars.
- Ability to confidently and professionally present content to clients.
- Deep understanding of customer values and supporting them in their growth with our technology.
- Proficiency in understanding complex projects.
- Serving as a supportive resource for clients, demonstrating patience, and helping non-technical clients to understand the technology.
