Must be

Very fluent in written and spoken English.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Providing exceptional customer support and hosting client meetings.
  • Building positive relationships with clients through effective communication.
  • Working independently and taking the initiative to resolve issues.
  • Testing and showing demos of products and features to clients.
  • Coordinating all stages of web development projects.

Extra awesome

  • Previous experience in software (SaaS) companies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Adept at gathering and translating customer feedback into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with membership websites or association management is a plus.

What you’ll do

  • Host meetings with clients, in which you’ll be showing demos with completed features, reviewing items in progress, collecting requirements, and brainstorming for possible solutions to each specific case.
  • Create SRS – Software Requirements Specification – of upcoming features.
  • Test completed features and provide feedback on the feature and user experience.
  • Review design mock-ups and coordinate production deployment.
  • Discuss technical strategies with developers.
  • Present webinars to show our product demos.

What you’ll need

  • Previous involvement in coordinating web development projects from start to finish.
  • Previous working experience with CRMs like Hubspot and CiviCRM.
  • Proficiency in conducting client meetings via Zoom, including presentations and webinars.
  • Ability to confidently and professionally present content to clients.
  • Deep understanding of customer values and supporting them in their growth with our technology.
  • Proficiency in understanding complex projects.
  • Serving as a supportive resource for clients, demonstrating patience, and helping non-technical clients to understand the technology.
