Day 1 (3 hrs):

  • Hands-on member journey check-up: We will audit your member journey and find key areas to improve.
  • Build your personalized plan: We'll work together to create a roadmap to improve member experience at your association

Homework:

  • Understand your stakeholder needs: Interview key members and sponsors. 
  • Draft engagement strategy: Create your member engagement plan.

Day 2 (1.5 hrs):

  • Action plan development: Solidify your action plan, outlining specific tactics to boost engagement.
  • Next steps clarity: Leave the workshop with a roadmap for success and a clear understanding of how to implement your strategies.

About the Facilitator
