Member Lounge reflects our dedication to supporting you—not only by offering efficient tools but also by creating a space where members feel they belong, can share, and find meaningful connections. Our goal is simple: to make your community feel more connected, informed, and involved.

To better serve you and your members, we’re bringing AI-powered tools and advanced automation to Member Lounge, allowing you to meet evolving needs more effectively. This approach isn’t about adding complexity; rather, it’s about simplifying tasks, improving member engagement, and giving you the insights to make informed decisions. Our goal is to make technology feel less like a tool and more like an integrated part of your community.

While our name and visuals are changing, the ownership, team, and quality of services remain consistent. We are improving our processes internally to assure you get the best service, here are a few key points to keep in mind:

  • Current contracts will transition to our new name, but terms and services remain unchanged;
  • New payment terms include annual payments and multi-year contracts;
  • Data hosting will remain consistent within Canada and the United States.

We, as always, remain committed to client satisfaction, prioritizing your interests, and maintaining the quality of our services.

As part of our rebrand, we’re enhancing Member Lounge with features designed around the everyday needs of your members and the dedicated teams that support them. Expect the same trusted tools for discussions, resource sharing, and event management, but look out for improvements that make each interaction smoother and more personal.

This transition will be effortless. You’ll still have access to all your favorite tools, workflows, and resources—with the same quality of service, support, technologies and the added benefits of our expanded mission.

Our commitment to bringing the most value to our clients remains the same, with no change in the quality of service you receive. There won’t be any surprises or radical changes in how you work with our team. You’ll continue working with the same account managers, development team, and project team you already know and trust.

For the solutions we’ve developed over the years—such as your public website, member portal, and CRM systems that are not yet part of our new Member Lounge platform—we remain committed to their ongoing support and maintenance. This includes all previously supported platforms, ensuring their continued functionality and reliability, which are –

  • Drupal;
  • WordPress;
  • CiviCRM;
  • and the Member Lounge platform itself.

Our team’s deep technical expertise in building and supporting these solutions remains fully in place and dedicated to supporting you.
