Workshop Details
We will help you analyze and come up with a strategic roadmap that will help you grow your membership.
This workshop is structured to be a 4.5-hour session with the following schedule:
Day 1 (3 hours):
- Foundation: We’ll break down what makes a fantastic member experience, step-by-step.
- Hands-on member journey check-up: We will examine your member journey, finding key moments and areas to improve.
- Build your personalized plan: We’ll work together to create a clear roadmap with specific actions to make your member experience better.
Homework (between Day 1 & 2):
- Hands-on audit of your member journey
- Interview key members and sponsors
- Create your Member Engagement Action plan
Day 2 (1.5 hours):
- Action Plan Review: Work with us to refine your member engagement action plan, ensuring it’s clear, actionable, and aligned with your goals.
- Next Steps Clarity: Leave the workshop with a roadmap for success and a clear understanding of how to implement your strategies.

About The Facilitator
